中国南方地区肺栓塞与深静脉血栓形成的现状及未来策略

摘　　要：为了解我国南方地区肺栓塞的现状,通过检索中国医院数字图书馆近9年（1999年-2008年）南方地区正式发表的与肺栓塞和深静脉血栓有关的论文共1288篇,进行了统计分析,发现：1、中国南方地区肺栓塞的发现数量逐年增加,且增幅明显;2、诊断水准达到一定程度的部分南方医院,诊断治疗肺栓塞的数量明显高于其他医院,并不比中国北方同类医院低;3、肺栓塞的漏诊、误诊现象依然普遍存在,提高认知和诊治水准仍然是今后工作的方向。In order to study the situations of the pulmonary thromboembolism （PE） and deep venous thrombosis （DVT） in southern China, carried out information retrieval and statistical analysis of the 1228 papers concerning the PE and DVT in southern China published during 1999 and 2008, the results indicated that： 1. The numbers of discovered PE in southern China increased year by year and the increase amplitude is significant~ 2. Some hospitals in south ern China of higher diagnosis level could diagnose higher numbers of PE than other hospitals, and equivalent with that of the hospital of northern China; 3. Missed diagnosis are still existing, and enhancing the understandings and diagnosis level are the focus of future researches.
