摘 要:为进一步明确采场引发硫化矿石自燃事故的致因,采用系统安全事故树分析方法,对引发硫化矿石自燃事故的各因素进行逻辑分析,建立了硫化矿石自燃事故树。求取最小割集和最小径集,得到采场矿石自燃的原因组合有48种,而理论上控制采场矿石自燃的方案至多9种。通过结构重要度分析,计算获得有关基本事件结构重要度排序,并针对该自燃事故的主要原因提出了相应的预防措施。Based on a lot of accidents and mechanism investigation of sulfide ore spontaneous combustion in many mines and review of a great amount of relevant literature, the major factors causing spontaneous combus-tion of sulfide ores was analyzed and a logic fault tree of mine spontaneous combustion of sulfide ores was established by the fault tree analysis (FTA) of systematic safety engineering. After making a qualitative analysis of the FTA and calculating the minimal cut sets and the most striking set of the paths, 48 minimal cut sets and less than 9 most striking set of the paths were obtained. Some proposals for controlling the occurrences of accidents of sulfide ore spontaneous combustion in mines were put forward.
