摘　　要：由于各个县市新型农村合作医疗信息系统是不同软件公司开发,参保病人在其它地方看病不能跨地区结算。介绍通过系统集成技术、网络技术、软件系统开发,组织完成了新型农村合作医疗9个跨县(市、区)实时结算管理系统的建设,基本解决了临海市新农合参合农民"报销难、报销烦"问题。Since new rural cooperative medical information system in each county and city are developed by different software companies, trans-regional settlement is not available for a patient with insurance if he sees a doctor in other places. It introduces the construction of nine management systems for trans-county（city, district） real-time settlement of new rural cooperative medical treatment, which solved problems of “hard and bothersome reimbursement” for country who participate in new rural cooperative medical system, through system integration technology, network technology, software system development.
