摘  要:介绍了狮子山铜矿采用精确化装补球技术后增产节能降耗的效果。结果表明:磨机生产能力提高了16.26%,回收率提高了0.81个百分点。电耗降低了22.72%,球耗降低了35.59%,年节电443.9万kWh,年节省钢球161.5t,年增收节支4298.11万元,经济效益十分显著。This paper describes the effect of increasing production, saving energy and reducing consumption due to applying accurate ball - load - addition technology. The result shows that, after applying the technology the production capacity of the mill has been increased by 16.26% , the recovery been increased 0. 81% ,electricity consumption been decreased by 22.72% and the grinding media consumption been decreased by 33.59% ,annual electricity consumption is reduced 4,439,000 kWh,annual ball consumption is reduced 161.5 t, annual revenue - increasing and expenditure -reducing is 42,981,100 dollars, so the economic benefits is remarkable.
