摘　　要：糖尿病及其并发症发病机制的复杂性,导致了该类疾病难以有效治疗。预防仍是最有效的措施。而有效预防,并不仅仅只是降糖而已。Government has concerned the harm to the humans by diabetes.The surge in diabetes populations,unsatisfactory prevention and therapies,have cascaded into arduous problems of diabetic complications,particularly chronic diabetic complications.Prevention and control of these complications need more refl ections and exploring in addition to regulation of primary higher glucose level.
