摘 要:目的探讨比格犬的血液流变学特性,并和人的血液流变性进行比较。方法采集成年比格犬和人的血液样品,分别检测其全血黏度(高、中、低切变率)、血浆黏度、红细胞比容、血沉及血浆纤维蛋白原等5项血液流变学指标。结果(1)雄性比格犬的WBV值(150s-1、1s-1)均显著低于雌性(P<0.05,P<0.05);(2)人类中,男性的WBV值(1s-1)和HCT值显著高于女性(P<0.05,P<0.01),而男性的ESR值则显著低于女性(P<0.01);(3)比格犬的血液流变学指标中WBV(1s-1)、ESR均显著低于人类(P<0.05),而PV、HCT和Fi则显著高于人类(P<0.01)。结论比格犬的血液流变学指标与人类相比相差较远。Objective To investigate characteristics of hemorheology index in Beagle dog and compare that with human. Methods Blood samples of adult Beagle dog and human were collected. WBV( high, middle, low shear rate), PV, HCT, ESR and Fi of hemorheology indexes were detected. Results (1) 150s^-1, 1s^-1 of WBV in male Beagle dog are significantly lower than female' s(P 〈0.05, P 〈0.05). (2) WBV( 1s^-1) and HCT in male are remarkably higher than female' s (P 〈0.05, P 〈0.01), but ESR in male is strikingly lower than female' s( P 〈 0.01). (3) WBV ( 1 s^-1 ) and ESR of Beagle dog are significantly lower than human' s ( P 〈 0.05), but PV, HCT and Fi of Beagle dog are significantly higher than human' s( P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion Hemorheology indexes in Beagle dog are quite different from those of human.
