摘　　要：针对WCDMA网络移动可视电话系统开发过程中系统协议栈底层传输环节的处理问题,在引入支持3G-324M的协议栈产品API多媒体协议库(MPLAPI)的基础上,增加通信传输模块CommDevice。采用双CPU的结构,在Windows CE系统中,将双端口RAM虚拟成COM设备;基于Windows CE软件平台,调用API函数实现虚拟COM设备的打开、关闭和读写等操作,从而实现系统核心环节的开发。最后,采用Loopback方法测试,该系统运行效果良好。Aiming at the difficulty of design on video telephone, which is the development of the bottom transmission unit in system protocol stack,the design is based on the product Multimedia Protocol Library API （MPLAPI） which supports 3G-324M protocol, and the communication transmission unit CommDevice is imported. The development of core technique is finished by hardware setting based on double-CPU frame. Based on Windows CE plat, the double-port RAM is simulated to COM equipment, and the API function is used to realize the read-write operation of the suppositional COM equipment, and thus to finish the core parts of video telephone system. Finally, the results of Loopback test course show that the system run well.
