中医药治疗问题奶粉所致小儿肾结石53例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察中药对含三聚氰胺的问题奶粉所致小儿肾结石病的临床疗效。方法:通过对照门诊服用中药的24例患儿与服用西药的17例患儿的临床疗效,观察12例以中药治疗为主的住院患儿的临床疗效。结果:中药组的有效率明显优于西药组,差异有统计学意义。12例住院患儿全部好转出院。结论:中药对问题奶粉所致小儿肾结石有效,而且安全,毒副作用少,值得推广。可尝试运用于其他原因引起的小儿肾结石,代替手术疗法。Objective： To evaluate the effect of Chinese medicine for infant kidney stone because of Melamine. Methods ：24 outpatients were treated by Chinese medicine, while other 17 cases were treated by sodium bicarbonate. They had been treated by for one month. At the same time 12case in hospital were treated by both. The effectiveness on the recovery of the babies were investigated. Results ： The effective rate of Chinese medicine is better than that of the sodium bicarbonate. （ P 〈 0.05 ） The condition of 12 cases treated in the hospital were all improved. Conclusion：Chinese medicine may be effective in infant kidney stone because of Melamine More study should be done.
