滋肾健脾汤对慢性肾功能衰竭伴性功能障碍患者的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的:探讨拟方滋肾健脾汤对慢性肾功能衰竭伴性功能障碍患者的临床疗效。方法:将40例患者随机分为治疗组与对照组,对照组予以常规西药治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加服自拟方滋肾健脾汤,观察两组患者治疗前后的症状、性激素、生化水平。结果:治疗组在临床疗效、症状体征、性激素:睾酮(T)、雌二醇(E2)、生化指标:血红蛋白、总蛋白、白蛋白、血肌酐水平经统计学处理具有显著差异。结论:拟方滋肾健脾汤对慢性肾功能衰竭伴性功能障碍患者具有较好的临床疗效。Objective：To discuss self- studying clinical effect of Zishen Jianpi Decoction on chronic renal failure associated with sexual dysfunction in patients. Methods ：40 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group ,the control group to conventional western medicine treatment, the treatment group to base on the control group and add self- studying Zishen Jianpi Decoction, the two groups were observed in patients with symptoms, hormone, biochemical level. Results ： The treatment group of the clinical effect, symptoms, sex hormones ： testosterone （ T）, estradiol （ E2 ）, biochemical indicators ： hemoglobin, total protein, albumin, serum creatinine levels by statistically have significant difference. Conclusion： The self - studying Zishen Jianpi Decoction on chronic renal failure patients with sexual dysfunction has good clinical efficacy.
