脑卒中后肢体运动功能的临床康复

摘　　要：目的:探讨综合康复治疗对脑卒中患者肢体运动功能障碍恢复的影响。方法:随机分组,42例采用促进技术为主,辅以针灸等综合治疗方法对脑卒中患者进行康复治疗,38例作为对照组,以Fugl-Meyer评分法,Barthel指数进行治疗前后的功能评定。结果:康复组在肢体运动功能,日常生活能力方面治疗后显著改善,与对照组相比,差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论:以促进技术为主的康复治疗,有助于脑卒中患者尽快恢复功能。Objective ：The discussion synthesis recovery treatment the influence which restores to the apoplexy patient body movement function. Methods ：The stochastic grouping ,42 examples use the promotion technology are, auxiliary and so on complex therapy method carries on the recovery treatment by acupuncture to the apoplexy patient,38 examples take the control group,by the Fugl- Meyer grading law, the Barthel index carries on around the treatment the function evaluation. Results： The recovery group in the body movement function, after the daily life ability aspect treats, the remarkable improvement, compares with the con- trol group, the difference has the significance （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion ： Promotes the technical recovery treatment primarily, is helpful restores the function as soon as possible in the apoplexy patient.
