强肌健力方对肺脾两虚型COPD大鼠TNF-α IL-10的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨强肌健力方对肺脾两虚型COPD大鼠TNF-α、IL-10的影响。方法:40只SD大鼠,随机分为正常组、模型组、强高组、强低组,每组各10只,采用"烟熏加气管内滴入脂多糖联合番泻叶灌胃泻下法"复制"肺脾两虚型"COPD动物模型,其中药物组在造模的同时给予强肌健力方高、低剂量治疗,造模60天。实验结束时,比较各组大鼠肺组织病理改变及血清TNF-α、IL-10含量。结果:模型组大鼠TNF-α含量明显升高、IL-10含量明显下降,与正常组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05或0.01);强高组与强低组TNF-α含量均较模型组均有明显下降(P<0.05或0.01);强高组IL-10含量与模型组比较有显著升高(P<0.05),强低组IL-10含量无明显变化。结论:高剂量的强肌健力方可以显著降低TNF-α、升高IL-10含量,提示强肌健力方可纠正TH1/TH2细胞失衡,减轻COPD气道炎症,从而延缓或打断COPD的发展。Objective：To discuss the role of The Qiang ji jian li formulae to TNF - α, IL - 10 in chronic obstructive pulmonary （ COPD ） rat models which are deficiency of both Spleen and Lung. Methods ： Forty SD rats were randomly divided into 4 groups ： The high dose group of The Qiang ji jian li formulae （A group） ,the low dose group （B group） ,the model group（ C group） and the normal group（ D group） ,with ten rats in each group. Rat COPD models are established by intmtracheal instillation of lipopolysaccharide （LPS200 g/200uL） twice, exposure to cigarette smoke daily and intragastric administration the cool senna leaf soak for sixty days. When being over, to compare the pathological changes and the contents of TNF -α, IL - 10 in blood serum of every rat in each group. Results ： For the content of TNF - α, the C group is higher than the D group （ P 〈 0. 05 or 0. 01 ） Both the A group and B group descent obviously than C group（ P 〈 0. 05 or 0. 01 ）. For the content of IL - 10 ,the C group is lower than the D group （P 〈0. 05 or 0. 01 ） ,the A group is higher（P 〈 0. 05）and the B group is similar than the C group. Conclusion：The high dose group of The Qiang ji jian li formulae can obviously descent the content of TNF - ct and increase the content of IL - 10. The Qiang zi jian li formulae is able to correct the TH1/TH2 cell unbalance,to light the inflammatory reaction of the airway, so it can delay or break development of COPD to exhaustion.
