摘  要:目的:通过研究辛开苦降法对功能性消化不良(functional dyspepsia,FD)大鼠血浆NO、胃体NOS、ICC及SMC的影响,揭示辛开苦降法治疗FD的机制。方法:以FD大鼠为实验对象,采用硝酸盐还原酶法测定血浆NO,采用SABC免疫组化法检测胃体NOS、ICC和SMC,观察辛开苦降法对FD大鼠胃舒张活动的影响。结果:模型组血浆NO水平较正常组明显下降,胃肌间神经丛NOS阳性神经元的表达明显增加,ICC及SMC的阳性神经元的表达明显减弱(P<0.01);胃康宁组血浆NO水平明显升高,NOS的表达明显减少,ICC及SMC的表达明显增强,和模型组比较差异非常显著(P<0.01),与正常对照组无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论:辛开苦降法治疗功能性消化不良的机制与调节胃舒缩活动有关。Objective :To research the effect of Xinkai Kujiang method on functional dyspepsia( Functional Dyspepsia, FD)rat blood plasma NO level and gastric body NOS, ICC and SMC expression,we revealed the FD treatment mechanism of Xinkai Kujiang method. Methods:FD rats being the experiment subject,we observed the effects of Xinkai Kujiang method on FD rat gastrointestinal movement, including the blood plasma NO level by the nitrate reductase method and NOS, ICC and SMC expression by immunohistochemieal method. Results : Compared with the normal control group, model group blood plasma NO level decreased and the expression of ICC and SMC were weaken, but the expression of NOS were strengthen obviously (P 〈 0.01 ) ;After treatment, the results of weikangning group and the normal group was no significant difference ( P 〉 0. 05 ) , but that of weikangning and the model group was significant differences(P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion:The mechanism of Xinkai Kujiang method treating functional dyspepsia is through the adjustment the gastrointestinal movement.
