摘  要:目前上海市给水厂在制水过程中采用氯胺消毒工艺,在原水氨氮浓度低时,通过液氨加注系统补氨,保证原水氨氮达到一定值,确保出水余氯。而氨瓶在运输、加注过程中存在氨气泄漏等安全风险;在液氨投加系统运行过程中,存在水射器喉口结垢堵塞水射器的问题。浦东水厂采用氯化铵替代液氨加注系统,消除了氨气泄漏风险,实现安全生产,并解决了水射器结垢问题,简化设备操作步骤,降低了生产成本,平均加注总成本为0.003 78元/m3。Currently, the water treatment plants in Shanghai use ammonia-chloride disinfection process in water production. When ammonia-nitrogen concentration in the raw water is low, liquid ammonia is dosed into water to increase ammonia-nitrogen concentration, so that the residual chlorine of outlet water is ensured. But there are some problems: the ammonia leakage safety risks exist in the transportation and dosing of ammonia cylinder; the water injection aperture scaling will block the process of liquid ammonia dosing system operation. Now Pudong Water Treatment Plant adopts ammonium chloride instead of liquid ammonia to eliminate the risk of ammonia leakage, solve the scaling problem, simplify dosing operations and decrease production cost. The average cost is 0.003 78 RMB/m3 water.
