摘 要:对生物膜生物量进行准确测定,有助于从微生物的角度提高运行效率和对工艺进行技术改进。对某水源水预处理反应器中的填料(泡沫粒子和管状填料)上生物膜中的生物量,同时采用称重法、平板菌落计数法(HPC法)及脂磷法进行了测定。结果表明,三种方法所得生物量的差异较大,对于同种填料上的生物量以重量法反映的生物量最多,但其中VSS的含量难以准确测定,脂磷法次之,HPC法由于培养方法的限制,仅能反映部分可培养的微生物,故其生物量最少。三种方法对两种填料测定结果的变化趋势基本一致,即泡沫粒子的生物量比管状填料的生物量多。The accurate measurement of microorganism will be helpful to enhance the operation efficiency and improve the process technology from the aspect of microorganism. In this study, the weight, HPC and Lipid-P methods were applied simultaneously to measure the biomass on the PVC foam granule and tubular packing materials in reactor. The comparative study between these three methods showed that the results of the three methods made a great difference. The data of microorganism on the same packing material calculated by the weight method was the most, but the VSS content was difficult to identify by this method; the data by Lipid-P was in the second place; data by HPC was the least one because it could only measure part of the microorganism. The tendencies of the measurement of both kinds of packing materials by the three methods were almost the same: microorganism of the foam granule packing materials was more than that of the tubular packing materials.
