摘 要:以MgCl2.6H2O、AlCl3.6H2O、Na2CO3为原料,采用乙二醇-水热法组装了超分子结构镁铝水滑石,考察了乙二醇-水热法对水滑石晶形、结构、分散性、规整性的影响。样品用XRD、SEM、TEM、IR、TG-DTA、N2吸附-解吸进行了表征。结果表明,在水热反应体系中加入15(vol)%的乙二醇,于T=180℃反应16h可获得晶形好、板层结构显著、规整性好、分散性好的优质镁铝水滑石,谢乐公式估算粒子粒径为36nm左右。A regular nanocrystalline supramolecular Mg-AI hydrotalcite was assembled via glycol hydrothermal using MgCl2.6H2O、AlCl3.6H2O、Na2CO3 as starting materials and sodium hydroxide as precipitator. Hydrotalcite samples were characterized by XRD, SEM, TEM, IR, TG-DTA and BET-N2 surface area measurements and the influence of glycol- hydrothermal on characters of the sample was investigated. The Mg-A1 hydrotaleite with well-defined shape, obvious intercalated structure, well regular quality and well-dispersing capability can be obtained under the conditions at glycol volume ratio 15 %, hydrothermal temperature 180~ and reaction time 16h. The hydrotaleite obtained was well crystallized and had morphology of a homogeneous and hexagonal sheet, the thickness measured of each hexagon in the hydrotalcite was about 36 nm which was consistent with the value estimated by Seherrer equation.
