摘  要:以南水北调西线第一期工程前期工作为例,在分析生态环境现状特征的基础上,计算了调水后河流水文情势的变化,进而从规划协调性、调水比例和生态需水量等方面分析调水对生态环境的影响,以便从宏观上进行分析、调控,使调水工程的设计建设与环境保护的要求相适应,从而为缓解调水对生态环境的影响制定有针对性的措施.Eco-environment impact is significant for trans-valley water diversion project and it also forms the basis for determination of scale for water transfer. Change of hydrological regime after water transfer is evaluated based on current eco-environment characteristics, taking the first phase of the western line of Southto-North Water Transfer as an example. The impact of water transfer on eco-environment is analyzed from the aspects of planning compatibility, water division proportion and ecological water demand, to achieve the aim of macroscopic analysis, re-adjustment and control. This analysis also helps to ensure that design and building of water transfer project satisfies the requirements of environmental protection, and efficient measures can be taken to do so.
