摘　　要：目的加强医院供应室的规范化管理,有效防止病原微生物传播,以保障人体健康。方法加强业务学习,提高人员的素质,制定制度,强化细节与流程管理,并采取系统有效的监控措施。结果保证了无菌物品的优质供应,防止了因供应室监控工作的失误而引起医院感染的发生。结论由于采取了科学有效的管理措施,使质量管理制度化、物品处理程序化、消毒灭菌标准化。OBJECTIVE To strengthen the hospital supply Division standardized management and prevent the pathogenic microorganism dissemination effectively and safeguard the human health. METHODS Strengthening the vocational study, improving personnel＇s knowledge level, formulating control system, strengthening detail and flow management and adopting the effective monitoring method all were the main measures. RESULTS The results were to guarantee the aseptic material quality,and prevent the occurreance of hospital Ainfection. CONCLUSIONS The scientific and effective management measures make our supply division a good quality management institution, with the programming the materiol processing and the standardizing the disinfection and antisepsis.
