摘  要:通过实验开发出适于顶吹转炉喷煤粉补充热量的炼钢新工艺,称为煤氧复合吹炼工艺。其工艺特点是采用顶底复合吹炼技术,用煤粉保护底吹氧枪,在冶炼过程的始终喷吹煤粉。该工艺的优点:1)喷煤不增加熔池脱碳负荷,不延长冶炼时间;2)热效率高,在10 t转炉上的试验表明,1 kg煤粉可熔化7.1 kg废钢;3)冶金效果好,渣钢间硫的分配比达到10~20;脱磷反应接近平衡;4)末期喷煤粉不会降低熔池脱碳速度,适于冶炼低碳钢。A new steelmaking process Which may be called 'COCB' process (Coal Oxygen CombinedBlowing) has been developed. In this process, additional heat is sapplied to LD converter byinjecting coal powder and oxygen simultaneously through a bottom tuyere(or tuyeres) conti-nuously thoughout the heat. Experimental results on a 10t converter have indicated the follo-wing main advantages of the Process: 1. The cycle time is not lengthened because the simultaneous injection of coal and oxygendoes not increase the decarburization burden the heat. 2. High thermal efficiency, In the small experimental converter, one kilogram coal injectedcan melt 7.1 kilogram scrap; 3. Excellent metallurgical results. The sulfer distribution ratio between slag and melt is10 to 20, and dephosphorization is close to the equilibrium; 4. Suitable for the production of low carbon steels since coal injection during the endperiod of the heat does not reduce the decarbonization rate.
