1990～1997年青海省家畜布鲁氏菌病疫情动态观察

摘　　要：应用血清学和病原学诊断方法于１９９０～１９９７年对全省１９个县（市）家畜布病进行疫情观察。结果表明：牛羊血清学的阳性率０．４７％与考核时０．３５％相比无显著性差异（Ｐ＞０．０５）；在病原学方面分离出９株布氏菌，经鉴定为牛种第三生物型。During the period of 1990 to 1997,the survellances of brucellosis prevallence condition in domestic animals were conducted in 19 counties (cities),Qinghai province by means of diagnosis of serology and aetiology.The results were followed that the positive rates of serologicy diagnosis in cattle and sheep were 0.47%,and there were no significant difference (P>0.05) in comparison with the result (0.35%) at the checked time.In respect to aetiology 9 strains of Brucella were isolated and identified as biotype Ⅲ of Brucella abortus.At present the main prevallence types of Brucella and its distribution in domestic animals were basically known. \ \
