摘  要:[目的]利用反相高效液相色谱法测定蚕用异噻唑啉酮溶液含量。[方法]使用C18液相色谱柱,以甲醇—水(体积比35:65)为流动相,UV检测波长为254nm,测定蚕用异噻唑啉酮溶液含量。[结果]测定CMI、MI方法的变异系数为0.56%和0.82%,平均回收率为99.26%和98.79%,线性相关系数为0.9999和0.9998。[结论]采用高效液相色谱法测定蚕用异噻唑啉酮溶液含量是可行的,且具有操作简单、快速、精密度和准确度高等特点。[ Objective ] The aim was to use RP-HPLC method to determine lisothiazolone solution content for silkworm. [ Method ] Using C 18 column, taking volume ratio of 35:65 of methanol and water as mobile phase, UV detector at 254 nm, the lisothiazolone solution content for silkworm was determined. [ Result] The result showed that RSD was 0.56% for CMI and 0.82% for MI, average recovery of CMI and MI was 99.26% and 98.79% respectively, and the liner correlation coefficient was 0.999 9 and 0.999 8. [ Conclusion] It is feasible to use HPLC method to determine lisothiazolone solution content for silkworm, and the method has characteristics of simple operation, rapid, high precision and accuracy and so on..
