摘　　要：在研究农业科技成果分类体系、分类评价指标体系和评价管理体系的基础上,综合考虑系统的评价功能、数据(库)、评价动态信息储存和管理功能等,采用C#语言在Windows的IIS6.0支持下开发了农业科技成果分类评价网络信息系统。软件结构为基于WEB的C/S结构,可通过计算机互联网实施远程访问、管理和评价。介绍了该系统的结构、开发目标与特点、开发平台与方法及系统功能设计等。Agriculture science and technique research achievements classification evaluation system computer networks were built on the research of the classification system of Agriculture science and technique research achievements, index of classification and evaluation system, e- valuation manage system. The system was developed by C# under MS windows and IIS 6.0 environments with the function of evaluation manage, databases manage, dynamic evaluation information storage manages etc. The software structure was C/S based on WEB. Visit, manage and evaluation by remote through intemet. The system structure, software development aim and character, develop platform and method, system function design etc were introduced.
