摘  要:进行了生产蝇蛆生态条件的优选研究,结果表明,猪粪最能吸引成虫产卵。成虫产卵和蝇蛆生长最适温度是24℃。蝇蛆食料最适合水量为70%。影响蝇蛆生长因于主次关系依次为食料,温度和幼虫的饲养密度。在24℃条件下,以1号配方饲料100g饲养600头幼虫对其生长最为有利。Effects of environmental factors on mass reproduction of housefly larvae was made in laboratory,the results showed that the largest oviposition amount of housefly was obtained by attracting adults with pig shit. The optimum temperature of adult oviposition was 24℃. The optimum water content of larva diet was 70%. The factors affecting larva weight were diet,temperature and breeding density in descending order. The optimum conditions for mass reproduction of housefly larvae were breeding 600 housefly larvae with 100 g diet of 1/3 wheat bran plus 1/3 chicken shit plus 1/3 beau dregs(1: 1: 1) and at 24℃.
