摘　　要：本文就森林生态系统经营的概念、定义、内涵、指导思想、目标、原则及实践中有关内容作了综合评述，并简述了国内外森林生态系统经营的发展情况和目前存在的主要问题。Abstract Traditional sustained yield management has been a tenet in forestry,but now it is being challenged strongly by a new paradigm of forest management,forest ecosystem management,Which offers a fundamental reframing of how humen may work with the nature.The paper states the background,concept,inplications,principles and goals of forest ecosystem management ,and Summarizes dominant aspects about its implementation.In addition,the development of ecosystem management in the world and the major problems with it are discussed.
