摘　　要：本文认为,在现有政府与社会的关系状况下,必须进行社区重组才可以促进社区发展。社区重组主要涉及重组社会管理层级、各类资源和人员。只有这样,才能实现社区全面、协调、科学发展。According to the relation status of government and society, the essay thinks that rebuilding the community will advance the development of community. Rebuilding community means rebuilding the governance system, resources and workers. On the basis of rebuilding community,comprehensive, harmonized and scientific community development will be realized.
