健康教育对冠心病高危人群转归的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨健康教育对冠心病高危人群转归的影响。方法:118例冠心病高危人群分为对照组和健康教育组,对照组采用常规的护理方法,根据查体结果给予健康指导,并嘱其半年后来院复查。健康教育组在常规护理方法基础上,根据其体检结果给予相应指导,并利用图书、宣传册、交谈等多种方式对其进行健康教育,使其获得冠心病健康保健方面的知识,使其掌握如何进行冠心病的一级预防,因人制宣地进行健康教育和健康促进,嘱其有问题随时来院咨询,定期复查,并记录在案。经过6个月后根据复查结果进行分析比较。结果:健康教育组疗效明显优于对照组。结论:健康教育对冠心病一级预防有积极的影响,值得推广。Objective：To study the health education on coronary heart disease affect the outcome of high-risk groups.Methods：118 cases of coronary heart disease is divided into control group,high-risk groups and health education group.The control group using conventional methods of care,according to the results of investigations to give health guidance body,and has asked the hospital for half a year later review.Health education Unit in routine care approach based on the results of its examination to give the appropriate guidance,and the use of books,brochures,talk to them a variety of ways such as health education,access to coronary heart disease to health care knowledge,to grasp the how to carry out primary prevention of coronary heart disease,the person should carry out health education and health promotion,will urge that they have problems at any time to the hospital consulting,regular review,and for the record,after 6 months under review compared the results of the analysis.Results：Effect of health education group was superior to the control group.Conclusions：health education on primary prevention of coronary heart disease have a positive effect,It is worth promotine.
