多期、多通道经皮肾镜取石术护理体会

摘　　要：目的:探讨护理工作在多期、多通道经皮肾镜取石术(PCNL)治疗肾结石中的作用。方法:2006年5月～2009年2月共行PCNL术治疗肾结石患者112例,其中26例在一期手术后7～20天实施多期单通道(16/26)、多期多通道(10/26)治疗。分析26例多期、多通道PCNL治疗肾结石的临床资料、治疗方法及护理要点。结果:所有患者经术前和术后护理都能以积极健康的心态配合手术治疗,该组患者结石的清除率达88.46%(23/26),无大出血、严重感染、腹腔脏器损伤、造瘘管脱落、术后输尿管石街形成等并发症发生。结论:良好的护理工作有有助于PCNL的顺利进行。Objective：To study the effects of nursing services in percutancous nephrolithotomy （PCNL）treatments on kidney stones,which had sing-or multi-channel in the second time operations.Methods：From May 2006 to February 2009,there were 112 cases treated by PCNL in our department,of which 26 cases had the second time operations after 7-20days.In these 26 cases,16patients were treated with single-channel PCNL and 10 patients with multi-channel PCNL.We analyzed the clinical data,treatment method as well as the key point of nursing services.Results：nursing services of pre-or pro-operation could help the patients have positive attitude to the operation and also have good cooperation with doctors.The stone-free rate was 88.46% in these cases.There were no critical complications in all the patients,such as hemorrhage,serious infections,injury of coel-organs,olisthe of duct,steinstrasse in the ureter and so on.Conclusions：Qualified nursing services could help the PCNL to carry out.
