摘　　要：本文根据“可能──满意度”理论，研究了节水灌溉综合评价指标的合理度确定方法，提出了定性定量指标结合的节水灌溉综合评价理论与模型，为节水灌溉工程的方案决策提供了新的有效的方法。This, paper studies a method of defining the possibility-satisfacation(P - S ) comprehensive evaluation of the indices of water saving irrigation with the aid of the P - S theory, and puts forward comprehensive evaluation theory and a model of combining qualitative indices with quantitatives. It provides a new and effective theory and model for decision making of the water saving inigation project plans.
