摘　　要：目的:总结肠结核的诊治经验。方法:回顾分析120例肠结核患者临床资料并相关文献。结果:肠结核临床表现无特异性,须结合辅助检查及纤维肠镜加活检来帮助诊断,须与克罗恩病、溃疡性结肠炎等疾病鉴别。结论:肠结核虽然误诊率较高,但注意其疾病特点及完善检查,也不难确诊。Objective：To sum up the experience in the diagnosis and treatment of intestinal tuberculosis.Methods：To analyse retrospectively the clinical data of diagnosis and treatment of intestinal tuberculosis of 120 patients.Results：Clinical presentation of intestinal tuberculosis,it is necessary to taks in differential diagnosis in Crohn＇s disease,intestinal tuberculosis and so on there are valuable for differential diagnosis in laboratory acamination and fibrocolonscopy.Conclusiona：It is not difficult to diagnosis for intestinal tuberculosis.
