摘  要:本文比较了大豆低亚麻突变体(A5)及其诱导前体(A6)亚麻酸合成位点MGDG的脂肪酸变化。研究结果表明低亚麻突变体A5的下胚轴、子叶、上胚轴和真叶中叶绿体被膜亚麻酸合成位点单半乳糖苷二酯酰(MGDG)上亚麻酸(18∶3)水平均高于A6相应组织。子叶中亚麻酸合成前体磷脂酰胆碱(PC)配比18∶0/18∶3(r18∶0/18∶3=0.872**),18∶1/18∶3(r18∶1/18∶3=-0.958**)以及18∶2/18∶3(r18∶2/18∶3=-0.965**)分别呈高度显著正相关或负相关。A6真叶中18∶3水平皆高于上胚轴、子叶、下胚轴和幼根。诸组织中16∶0、18∶2和18∶3水平变化尤为明显,而18∶0和18∶1变化较小。幼根中16∶0和18∶2水平均高于其他组织,且18∶2高于18∶3。A comparative analysis of the composition of PC and MGDG molecular species together with determination of total fatty acids was conducted in the soybean cv A 6 and in A 5, a low 18∶3 mutant, to evaluate the expression of this mutation in the two classes of lipids among various tissues. 16∶0 and 18∶2 levels in roots were higher than in hypecotyl, cotyledons, epicotyl and leaves. 18∶3 level was lower than 18∶2 level in roots. 18∶3 level in leaves was higher than in other tissues. 18∶3 level in hypecotyl, cotyledons, epicotyl and leaves of A 5 were higher than that of A 6. The amount(mol%) of 18∶0/18∶3(r=0.872 * *), 18∶1/18∶3(r=-0.958 * *), and 18∶2/18∶3(r=-0.965 * *)were negative and positive relation at 1% level.
