12例肠瘘病人肠外营养治疗

摘　　要：目的总结肠瘘病人肠外营养的治疗经验及体会。方法回顾性分析12例肠瘘患者肠外营养的实施方法及实施过程中的注意事项,对患者一旦确诊肠瘘既要注意纠正水、电解质与酸碱失衡,又要加强局部引流、应用有效抗生素控制感染,同时实施肠外营养支持治疗。结果12例病人实施营养支持治疗10例病人瘘口自行愈合,1例结肠瘘经营养改善后行手术治疗痊愈。结论及时有效的肠外营养支持治疗能使大部分肠瘘病人获得自行愈合。Objective To summarize experience of parenteral nutritional （PN） support in the ma-nage ment of gastrointestinal fistulas. Methods 12 patients with gastrointestinal fistula were presented. The authors retrospectively analyzed the announcements of PN support. When the authors corrected acid -base imbalance, draining and antibiotics were admoved simultaneously for patients during PN support. Results The fistulas healed spontaneously in 10 cases. Operative resection of fistulous segments during the time of nutritional support was successful for one case. Conclusion PN is an essential treatment for patients with gastrointestinal fistulas. It encourages the spontaneous closure of most gastrointestinal fistulas.
