彩超诊断小儿肠系膜淋巴结炎的临床意义

摘　　要：目的探讨彩超诊断小儿肠系膜淋巴结炎的价值。方法应用彩超对58例腹痛患儿进行检查,如果发现淋巴结数目增多或直径增大,观察其分布、数目、大小、形态及内部结构,测量并记录阳性结果。启动彩色超声波检查,观察肿大淋巴结的血流情况。结果所有病例均于超声诊断后进行药物治疗(头孢哌酮钠100 mg/kg或头孢硫脒50 mg/kg,qd),1周后复查彩色超声波对照。结论彩色超声波诊断肠系膜淋巴结炎方便、准确,易为患儿所接受,对临床具有重要的诊断及鉴别诊断价值。Objective To explore the value of color Doppler ultrasound in diagnosis of children＇ s mesenteric lymphadenitis. Methods Color Doppler was performed on 58 patients with abdominal pain. If there was an increase in the number of lymph nodes or an augmentation in their diameters, the authors tried to detect the distribution, amount, size, shape, internal structure and finally commence to do the measuring and then recorded the positive result. Results CDFI examination was also carried out to observe the blood flow situation in swelling lymph nodes. And all the cases were put into drug treatment after the ultrasound diagnosis. The effect of color Doppler was reviewed after one week. Conclusion Color Doppler is a preferable method to diagnose children＇ s mesentery lymphadenitis, which has important value in clinical diagnosis and treatment.
