摘 要:目的观察兔脑损伤后微循环的改变。方法取成年灰色家兔采用自由落体法制成兔脑损伤动物模型,分别于伤后不同时段将动物断头处死,取受伤区域脑组织进行脑组织含水量的测定;切片镜下观察组织的微观改变。结果伤后6、24、72 h可见损伤区神经细胞水肿明显,微血管密度降低,微血管内微血栓形成,168 h水肿的神经细胞和微血管形态基本恢复正常。结论脑损伤后微循环障碍可能是影响疾病预后的主要原因之一。Objective To observe the changes of microeirculation after cerebral injury in rabbits. Methods The models of cerebral injury of rabbits were made by falling body method. The animals were killed in 3, 6,24,72 and 168 hours ,after cerebral injury, and the water content in injured cerebral tissue was measured, and the injured cerebral tissue was observed by light microscope. Results In 6,24,72 hours after cerebral injury the edema of nerve cells in injury region was found, and microvessel density decreased and microthrombus in mierangium was formed in experiment groups, but these changes disappeared in 168 hour after cerebral injury. Conclusion The microcirculation dysfunction after cerebral injury may be one of main causes that affect prognosis.
