病案信息管理利用与人性化服务工作

摘  要:目的病案管理的最终目的是用优质、高效、精湛技术为用户提供一系列病案信息的人性化服务,使病案信息利用不断拓展。方法通过提高病案全方位服务质量,加大病案室基础设施的建设,提高病案管理人员的综合素质,为用户提供个性化和专项性服务,建立用户意见箱制度,不断满足用户需求,提供优质的人性化服务。结果提升病案信息服务质量,为广大的患者用户提供人性化的服务,使病案信息利用达到最大化。结论良好的病案信息服务工作是人性化服务的体现。为患者提供人性化的病案信息报务,最终能使广大用户(包括患者)得到便捷、满意的服务,从而提高医院的总体服务水平。Objective The ultimate goal of medical record management is using high-quality, high efficiency and excellent technology to provide users with a series of medical record of human services information to continuously expand the use of medical record information. Methods Improve the quality of full-service medical record, increase the infrastructure of the medical record room, improve the overall quality of staff of the medical record room management, to provide users with personalized and specialized services, to establish users suggestion box system, and meet the user needs continuously, to provide quality service of humanity. Results With enhancing the quality of service of the medical record information for the vast number of users of the pa- tients with personalized service, to maximize the use of medical record information. Conclusion The good work of medical record information service is the embodiment of human services. Only improve the quality of medical record services, the overall quality of medical record personnel and provide customers with high-quality environment can make medical record information service more humanistic. Eventually the majority of users ( including patients) can receive convenient and satisfactory service, and enhance the overall service level of the hospital.
