摘 要:细晶高强钢筋是通过细化晶粒获得高的强度和优良的综合力学性能,而焊接加热时,在接头区将发生完全相变,当焊接方法和钢筋规格不同时,焊接热输入也不同,所获得的组织形态亦明显不同,从而引起性能的变化。本试验针对HRB400级别的多个规格细晶钢筋,采用电渣压力焊的焊接方法,开展相关组织及力学性能试验研究,从试验结果可以看出,电渣压力焊适用于400MPa级细晶高强钢筋的焊接。The ultra-fine grained reinforced bar got high strength and good combination mechanical property by refining grains.When it was heated by welding thermal cycle,complete phase transformation was about to happen.When the different sizes of reinforced bars were welded by various methods,they would get different structure forms and properties due to the difference of welding heat input.In this paper,we studied on the suitability of electroslag pressure welding for different sizes of HRB400 ultra-fine grained reinforced bars,by means of microstructure and mechanical tests.Experiment results showed that electroslag pressure welding was suitable for welding of HRB400 ultra-fine gained reinforced bar.
