摘 要:为解决某接地工程中要求降阻材料同时具有低电阻率和一定抗压强度特性的难点,制备了石墨导电混凝土,研究了电阻率和28d抗压强度随石墨掺量变化的情况,确定了石墨掺量的渗滤阈值。利用自然失重法测量了镀锌扁钢在石墨导电混凝土中的腐蚀速率为0.0072mm/a。工程选用石墨掺量为10%的导电混凝土,使得接地装置的工频接地电阻均不大于0.5Ω,符合设计要求。In order to resolve the difficulty of low resistivity and certain compressive strength of grounding resistance reducing material in a grounding engineering, the graphite electrically concrete is prepared. The variation of resistivity and 28 days' compressive strength along with graphite content are studied,and the critical content is confirmed. The corrosion rate of the galvanized flat steel in the graphite electrically conductive concrete is measured as 0.0072 mm/a by the natural weight loss method. While graphite content in electrically conductive concrete applied in a grounding engineering is 10% ,the power-frequency grounding resistance of the grounding devices is less than 0.5 Ω,satisfying the requirements of design.
