复方甘草酸苷辅助治疗53例寻常型银屑病的临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨复方甘草酸苷辅助维胺脂治疗寻常型银屑病的临床疗效和安全性。方法将53例寻常型银屑病患者随机分为两组,对照组(26例)口服维胺脂胶囊,50mg,每天3次,艾洛松乳膏外用;治疗组(27例)在此基础上加用复方甘草酸苷片,75mg,每天3次;疗程均为8周,于治疗后每2周复诊,观察临床疗效及不良反应。结果治疗4、6、8周后,两组患者皮损面积和严重程度指数评分(PASI评分)均较治疗前明显下降(P<0.05),且治疗组PASI评分也明显低于同期对照组(P<0.05);治疗8周后,治疗组总有效率为76.9%,明显高于对照组总有效率48.0%(P<0.05);对照组4例出现轻度转氨酶升高,治疗组未出现转氨酶升高。结论复方甘草酸苷联合维胺脂治疗寻常型银屑病能增强疗效,减少对肝脏的毒副作用。Objective To explore the clinical effects and satety of Compound Glycyrrhizin combined with viaminate in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris. Methods Fifty-three cases of psoriasis vulgaris were randomly divided into two groups： control group （26 cases）and treatment group（27cases）. The patients in control group were given oral viaminate 50mg t. i. d. and topical application of Eloson Cream,the patients in treatment group were give oral Compound Glycyrrhizin 75rag t. i.d. besides the same treatment as control group. The treatment courses were 8 weeks. To follow up all the patients every 2 weeks and to observe the clinical effects and side effects. Results The patients＇PASI scores of the two groups were significantly decreased after 4 weeks, 6 weeks and 8 weeks compared with those before treatment（P〈0.05 respectively）. The patients＇PASI scores in treatment group were significantly lower than those in control group at the same stage（P〈0.05 respectively）. In 8 weeks after treatment,the total effective rate in treatment group （76.9 %）was significantly higher than that in control group（48.0 %, P〈0.05）. Aminotransferase increasing occurred in 4 eases in contral group,no cases in treatment group appeared aminotransferase increasing. Conclusion Compound Glyeyrrhizin combined with viaminate can enhance the effects and reduce the side effect to liver in the treatment of the patients with psoriasis vulgaris.
