摘  要:以八甲基环四硅氧烷(D4)、γ-甲基丙烯酰氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷(KH-570)为原料,采用非离子型表面活性剂XP70做乳化剂,在十二烷基苯磺酸的催化下制得稳定的乙烯基有机硅微乳液。研究了乳化剂、催化剂、D4单体用量及KH-570用量对微乳液性能的影响。结果表明:当XP70用量为1.2%,催化剂用量为2.4%,D4单体用量为20%,KH-570用量为4%时(以上用量均为相对整个乳液的质量),可制得稳定的乙烯基有机硅微乳液,有机硅单体转化率可达85.63%,粒径48.95nm,其Ca2+稳定性、机械稳定性都很好。The stable vinyl -silicone microemulsion was synthesized by D4 open -ring polymerization by the catalysis of dodecylbenzenesulfonic acid with nonionic surfactant as emulsifier and KH570 as end - capping reagent. The effects of the amount of nonionic emulsifier, the amount of catalyst, the amount of D4 monomer and KH570 on microemulsion properties were systemically investigated. The result showed that the stabile vinyl- silicone microemulsion could be prepared when the amount of emulsifiers A was 1.2%, catalyst was 2. 4% , D4 monomer was 20% and the KH570 was 4%. Under such conditions, the microemulsion had a conversion rate of up to 85.63% , an average particle size of 48.95nm and good Ca^2+ stability and mechanical stability.
