摘　　要：学院合并后,多校区高校外文图书必须遵循资源最优化配置和方便使用的原则,提出了高校外文图书服务创新的新举措,进一步实现高校外文图书的核心使用价值。The principles of optimal allocation and sel-vice are discussed. Measures to innovate service of the foreign language books are proposed, so as to realize the core value ofthe foreign language books in multi-campus universities library.
