摘　　要：基于创新理论和建设创新型国家的背景,分析了国内外自主创新领域的研究现状,在总结我国机械工业自主创新特点的基础上,通过文献查阅和专家调查问卷等形式,构建了机械工业自主创新能力评价指标体系。After collecting, digesting lots of references and getting an overview of the status quo of foreign and domestic independent innovation as well as combined with the characteristics of machinery industry, indicator system of independent innovation ability of machinery industry is constructed through questionnaire.
