摘　　要：社会主义市场经济的发展，为林业建设带来了新的机遇，也提出了更高的要求。必须正确处理好10个关系，从实际出发，创造性地开展工作，用辩证务实的观点去发展林业，以逐步实现我国林业跨世纪发展的两大战略目标，促进林业的可持续发展。Development of socialist maket economy afforded a new opportunity for forestry constructien and also put forward higher demands. Some suggestions, such as correctly treating ten relation ships, creatively working from actual and present fact and developing forestry in dialectical and practical viewpoints were made to gradully reach two strategic targets of forestry development between two centuries and promote forestry sustainable development.
