摘　　要：临床管理信息系统(CIS)是快捷全面地传递病人信息,为医生诊断和医院管理提供全方位服务的重要手段,医生工作站作为临床管理信息系统的关键一环,在我院内分泌科、消化科、普外科、手术室启用以来,打破了原来医嘱由护士输入、执行的模式,改由临床医生自行输入医嘱,护士进行核对、执行的方法,大大增加了医嘱执行的准确性,也符合医嘱管理的相关规定。CIS is the important measure to comprehensivly and fasterly deliver patient information and provide overall service for diagnose and management. Workstation, as the key link of CIS,has been taken to application in the endocrinology, digestion section, general surgery and operating room, which brokes up and change the old way of nurses inputting and handling doctor＇s advice into doctor inputting doctor＇s advice and nurse handling it to improve the correctness of management.
