摘  要:通过分析纤维形态的变化,研究马尼拉麻浆打浆过程中纤维疏解、切断和细纤维化的情况,探讨了打浆与纸张物理性能间的关系。结果表明:马尼拉麻浆打浆过程可分为纤维疏解和细纤维化两个阶段,各阶段打浆对纤维形态和纸张性能有不同的影响;未漂浆和漂白浆的打浆特性、纸页物理性能也有显著差异。The conditions of fiber disintegrating, cutting and fining of abaca pulp in beating were studied through the analysis of changes of fiber morphology. This paper mainly focused on the relationship of beating on the fiber morphology and paper physical properties of abaca pulp. The results showed that beating of abaca pulp can be generally divided into disintegrating stage and fining stage. The effect of beating on fiber morphology and paper properties differs in the two stages. Unbleached pulp and bleached pulp have distinct beating characteristics and paper properties.
