摘 要:采用絮凝—厌氧—好氧—梯级混凝法,对造纸废水处理进行试验研究,筛选出最佳的混凝及生化培养的条件。实验发现:采用液体PAC,前絮凝过程PAC的最佳投加量为2ml/L;经过14天驯化培养,生化阶段取得满意效果;梯级混凝过程PAC的最佳用量为1.8ml/L。实验结果表明,经该方法处理后废水CODCr小于100mg/L,达到了造纸行业废水排放标准。本方法运行费用较低,是一种有较好前景的造纸废水处理工艺。Coagulation-anaerobic/oxidation-step coagulation process was used for treating the paper waste water, and the best conditions of coagulation and biochemical were selected. It was found in the experiment that the effective dosage of PAC in pre-flocculation and step coagulation were 2ml and 1.8 ml respectively. When the acclimating time of biological stages was 14 days, the satisfactory treatment effect was obtained. The experimental results showed that the effluent with COD content can be treated into below 100mg/L, and reach the discharge standard of paper wastewater after treating by using this method. The process is lower in investment and in running cost, it is a process with good prospect.
