摘　　要：文章通过阐述企业投资决策风险的基本理论,分别对企业的投资决策、投资风险以及企业投资风险分析方法做了相应的说明,以企业投资决策的案例进行说明决策树分析法在企业投资决策风险分析中的运用。This paper expounds the enterprise investment decision, investment risk, and their analyzing methods by means of the basic theory of investment decision risk. A case is given to illustrate the application of decision tree to the analysis of the enterprise investment decision.
