摘　　要：促进循环经济发展,要充分运用财税政策,建立资源和保护环境的机制。通过分析在我国支持资源循环利用的财税政策中存在的缺陷,借鉴国外循环经济发展中的经验,结合我国国情,提出了进一步完善我国财税政策、促进循环经济发展的对策建议。To facilitate the recycled economic development, we have to make full use of financial and tax policies and establish the mechanism of resource and environmental protection. Through the analysis of defects in our country＇s financial and tax policies concerning recycled utilization of resources, referring to foreign countries＇ experiences in recycled economic development, and in the light of our national conditions, the article brings forth suggestions on further improving our country＇ s financial and tax policies and facilitating the recycled economic development.
