摘　　要：四川是一个旅游资源大省,而地震灾害对四川的旅游业发展造成了很大的影响。地方政府的行为对灾后四川旅游业的发展起着至关重要的作用。文章主要探讨了灾害前四川旅游业发展现状以及灾害对四川旅游业的影响,进行了灾后四川旅游业发展过程中地方政府主导行为的必要性分析,提出了如何规范灾后四川旅游业发展过程中地方政府行为的对策建议。Sichuan is a big province of tourism resources, and the earthquake disaster strikes the tourist industry of Sichuan. The behavior of local government plays an essential role in the tourism industry of Sichuan after the calamity. This paper mainly probes into the current situation of the tourism industry in Sichuan before the calamity and the calamity impacted on tourism industry of Sichuan. And the local government＇s necessity with behavioral leading factor is analyzed in the tourism industry development of Sichuan after the calamity, and then relevant suggestions on how to standardize local government＇s behavioral countermeasures are put forward.
