小儿退热贴治疗外感发热临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨穴位外敷疗法对小儿外感发热的退热作用。方法:192例患儿随机分成小儿退热贴治疗观察组(122例)和布洛芬混悬液治疗对照组(70例),并观察其疗效。结果:观察组退热总有效率为90.16%,对照组为71.43%,两组差异有显著性(P<0.01),观察组疗效优于对照组。结论:小儿退热贴治疗小儿发热疗效显著。Objective：To observe the effect of infantile abating paste（IAP） in abating infantile fever. Methods： 192 cases were randomly divided into two groups, the 122 eases in observation group were treated with IAP, and the 70 cases in contrast group were treated with ibuprofen mix-suspension. The effect in abating fever was observed. Results： The total effective rate in observation group was 90. 16%, that in the contrast group was 71.43%. The total effective rates of the two group were statistically different （P〈0. 01）. But a better effect in abating fever was shown in observation group. Conclusion： The treatment effect of IAP is remarkable in abating fever.
