摘　　要：某抽水蓄能电厂一台发电机投运4年后出现定子绕组绝缘测量值偏低的问题。通过对定子绕组相关各部分进行独立的绝缘测试,分析试验数据,排除了定子绕组本身绝缘缺陷的可能,查出封闭母线瓷支撑绝缘子缺陷导致定子绕组绝缘测量值偏低,阐明了封闭母线瓷支撑绝缘子绝缘缺陷对定子绕组绝缘测量的影响。Low insulation values were measured on a generator stator winding operating for 4 years in a pumped storage power station. By testing and analyzing each part of the stator winding, the defect of IPB supporting porcelain insulators was found and the insulation of the winding itself was proved to be fine, which explained the low insulation values. The influence of the defect of porcelain insulator for supporting IPB on the insulation tests Of generator stator winding is discussed based on the test data.
