摘　　要：目的:探讨外周血单个核细胞T-bet表达与再生障碍性贫血(ap lastic anem ia,AA)发病之间的关系。方法:半定量RT-PCR法检测17例初诊AA患者和20名健康者外周血单个核细胞(PBMC)T-bet的表达,ELISA法检测血浆干扰素-γ(IFN-γ)水平。结果:初诊AA患者PBMC中T-bet表达和血浆IFN-γ水平均显著高于正常对照组(P<0.01),两者呈正相关关系(P<0.05)。结论:T-bet和IFN-γ表达的增高在AA的免疫病理学中可能起着重要作用。Objective：To explore the relationship between the expression of T-bet gene in peripheral blood mononuclear cells （PBMC） and pathogenesis of aplastie anemia（AA）. Methods：T-bet mRNA expression in PBMC was semi-quantitatively analyzed by the reverse transcription PCR （RT-PCR） and the serum level of interferon-γ（IFN--γ） was detected by ELISA in total 37 cases, including 17 cases of the firstly diagnostic patients with AA, and 20 healthy individuals as controls. Results：As compared with those in normal control group, the expression of T-bet in PBMC and the serum level of IFN-~/ in the firstly diagnostic patients with AA increased with significant difference（ P 〈 O. 01 ）, the correlativity of them appeared positive（ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusions ：The increased expression of both T-bet and IFN-γ may play an important role in immunopathology of AA.
