多导睡眠监测仪监测的护理干预

摘　　要：目的:通过多导睡眠记录仪的监测,为鼾症和睡眠呼吸暂停综合征的诊断、分型和治疗效果的判断提供很好的依据。方法:使用多导睡眠呼吸监测系统进行监测,夜间监测时间不少于7 h。结果:单纯鼾症3例,睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征60例(重度51例,中度6例,轻度3例)。睡眠监测和压力滴定治疗同时进行者均获得满意效果。结论:及时进行多导睡眠监测,有利于睡眠疾病的诊断、治疗,让患者更进一步了解自身疾病,积极治疗,提高生活质量。Objective ：To provide a good basis for the judgement, classification and treatment of snoring and sleep apnea syndrome＇s diagnosis through the monitoring of polysomnography. Methods：The patients were monitored by polysomnography respiratory monitoring system. The time was not less than seven hours at night. Results：Three patients with primary snoring and sixty patients with sleep apnea syndrome（51 cases of seriousness ,6 cases of secondary,3 eases of light） who received the sleep monitoring and treatment of pressure titration at the same time all had satisfactory results. Conclusions：Using polysomnographic monitoring timely is useful for diagnosis, treatment of sleep disorders. The patient will have a better understanding of their own disease, they would accept more active treatments and their quality of life will be improved.
